Welcome to WYMAN HOUSE. Thank you for choosing us for your stay in New York City.

Room rates vary depending on season, number of nights and  number of guests, plus applicable tax.

A 3-night minimum stay is required. We have two top floor apartments available for extended stays.

Accommodations are for two adults. It may be possible to arrange for a third guest. In this case, there is an additional charge of $25 per night.

Children 12 years and older are welcome at WYMAN HOUSE.

A deposit is required at time of reservation.  Deposits can be refunded only if cancellations are made more than 30 days prior to arrival.  No refunds or adjustments will be made after arrival.  Payment may be made by check, travelers checks, cash, money orders or bank checks.  Credit cards are not accepted.

> Maid service is provided every three to four days.  On extended stays, maid service is provided weekly.
> Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises.
> We recycle!  Please abide by posted New York City recycling rules.
> Sorry, pets are not allowed.
